Christmas

Christmas has been so much fun this year.  Kohen has liked just about every Santa he has seen.  When he see's a Santa he will say "ho, ho, ho" and will call all the Christmas decorations Christmas.  We had our little family Christmas at home and let Kohen open his presents from Jake and I.  Kohen and I left for Colorado on the 21st. Christmas Eve my dad's side all got together like we have been for my entire life.  We mingle, we eat then we sing Christmas songs.  It's quite funny to listen to since our family seams to be tone deaf.  All the men in the family will get up and sing the 12 days of Christmas like they have been for as long as I can remember.  Then all of the women will also get up and sing for us each year it's a different song.  The last song we sing is Santa Claus is coming to town and Santa comes in and hands out the presents.  It's a lot of fun. On Christmas Day Kohen and I went to my in-laws Kim and Paul's and met wit...

Santa Time

Today we had breakfast with Santa.  It was a lot of fun this year.  All week anytime we saw a Santa I would make a big deal about him and Kohen would say "ho ho ho".  At the breakfast he wasn't so sure about Santa until I put him on his lap and told Kohen to tell Santa hi.  He sat on his lap smiled and just stared at him.  Kohen got a candy cane.  About 5 minutes later when he was done with his mini candy cane he climbed back in his lap and got another candy cane.  He got up in his lap a total of 5 times.  He's no longer afraid of Santa.  Can't wait to take him to the mall Santa.  I was really dreading taking him because I wasn't sure how he was going to react. I am so excited that he loves Santa. Now to teach him the meaning of Christmas!  On the 21st the little man and I will be on our way to spend two weeks in Colorado.  I love spending Christmas with my family.  After Christmas my family and I are going to go up to th...

Ewe

Yesterday morning we got a cup of milk like we do every morning and Kohen is watching his cartoons and drinking his milk.  About 10-15 minutes after he is done with his milk he looks to me and says "ewe, milk" with a funny look on his face I think nothing of it and tell him that he's fine.  He says it a few more times and then projectile vomit of curdled milk everywhere.  It was one of the most foulest smells.  Jake rushed him to the bathroom and gave him a bath while I had the pleasure of cleaning it up.  I couldn't believe how big some of the chunks were.  He seamed fine after so we thought nothing of it. We ran a few errands went and got lunch everything was fine.  Got home he drank some milk and bam 15 minutes later he had the same look on his face.  As I was trying to rush him to the restroom he he vomits all over the wall next to the bathroom door.  Again nasty chunky milk.  No more milk for the rest of the day he was eating and dr...

Amazing

It really is amazing seeing your child learn and grow.  Each and every day is an adventure in many ways, every day is a little different and more and more words come out of his mouth and it really does surprise me sometimes.  Kohen knows his abc's he doesn’t say them in order but he can tell you them when he see’s them and he is constantly saying his letters.  He is also this way with numbers and that just recently started.  He knows 1-10 and he will say those in order but seams to skip a few sometimes.  I have also come to realize that I have a very sweet loving little boy.  He will come up to me at random times grab my face and kiss me and then give me a big hug.  It’s the sweetest thing when he does do it.  He loves to cuddle and he’s almost always right by my side unless he is playing.  The joys of having a mama’s boy! The other day while I was making a grilled cheese sandwich he see’s what I’m making and starts yelling “Hot Cheese Ho...

I want!!!

Since no one really reads this I'm going to "vent". So Jake and I have been ttc for a couple of months. I really wanted to start trying around March. Last month we got on the same page and we are really wanting to get pregnant asap. It worries me since it took us over a year to get Kohen that it's going to take that long again. I feel like everyone around me is getting pregnant or have new babies and I want that to be me. It makes it so much harder when you see it every day. I dont know how people can do this for years. How do you get through it every month of not getting your BFP. This month Jake and I had so much sex that I was sure we would get pregnant because we had to have bd (babydanced) close or on the day I ovulated. If I am pregnant I would be almost 4 weeks and I should be able to get a positive test soon if I am pregnant. So now I guess I just wait and see if the wonderful witch shows up or not. I'm already sick and tired of taking tests. ...

From my myspace

I am going to delete my myspace I have a few blogs that I had wrote on there that I really want to keep and remember. From the time that I found out I was pregnant till Kohen was a year old. October 16, 2008 - Thursday My little boy Just an update on my baby... I can't believe that my baby is ONE! Everyone always told me that it goes by so fast and you don't really understand until you have your own child. This time last year I was worried about how much he ate, how much he peed and pooped and what the poop looked like, checking on him every 5 minutes while he slept. I still worry about him all the time just about different things. He babbles so much he can say mama, dada and knows the difference, up, hey, all done, bab...
